Run into is an American science fiction drama television serial produced for Apple Television+ starring Jason Momoa and Alfre Woodard in leading roles. It is written by Steven Knight and directed by Francis Lawrence. It also stars Sylvia Hoeks, Hera Hilmar and Christian Camargo. Executive producers include Knight, Lawrence, Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, and Kristen Campo. The serial premiered on November 1, 2019, and was renewed for a second flavour, but filming was temporarily delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Filming concluded on March 18, 2021, with the second flavor premiering on Baronial 27, 2021. In June 2021, Apple announced the prove was to be renewed for a 3rd season, with filming having already commenced in May 2021.[1] [2]

Word spreads of Jerlamarel siring children, prompting a witch hunt for Jerlamarel and his offspring. Baba Voss must protect both his family unit and his tribe against the Queen's regular army.

"Alkenny" and "Kanzua" may be alterations of Allegheny and Kinzua, real-life locations in nowadays-24-hour interval western Pennsylvania.

On January ten, 2018, it was announced that Apple tree had given the product a series club for a single eight-episode season. In Oct 2020, it was appear that Jason Momoa'due south former Stargate Atlantis castmate, Joe Flanigan, had been cast in the second season of the show.[24] In June 2021, it was announced Eden Epstein, Tom Mison, Hoon Lee, Olivia Cheng, David Hewlett and Tamara Tunie had joined Bautista as new series regulars for the second season.[25]

Filming [edit]

Principal photography for the first season commenced on September 17, 2018 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and concluded on February eight, 2019.[26] [27] In October 2018, filming was reported to be taking place in Coquitlam, Eagle Mountain, North Vancouver (water shed), Rutheford service road, Pemberton, Deroche, Delta at Boundary Bay, Mission, Squamish Valley, Youth Detention Middle Burnaby, Allouette in Mapleridge and the Campbell River and Strathcona Provincial Park areas of Vancouver Island, British Columbia.[28]

Filming for the second season was expected to begin on February 3, 2020 and terminate on July ten, 2020.[29] However, in March 2020, production was shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[30] In September 2020, information technology was reported that See would resume filming on Oct fourteen, 2020 in Toronto, Ontario.[31] The second season finished filming on March 18, 2021.[32]

Prior to the premiere of season 2, the show was renewed for a third flavor with filming starting time in May and wrapping in November 2021.[ane] [33]

During Apple WWDC 2021, a sizzle reel included footage from the 2d season. A few days later, on June ten, 2021, a teaser for the second flavor was revealed forth with the release of August 27, 2021.[34]

The review aggregation website Rotten Tomatoes gave the first season a 44% approval rating based on 52 reviews, with an boilerplate rating of 5.30/10.
